A Very Busy October

Last month, the Worthington Resource Pantry supported a record number of neighbors, providing essential food to 11,832 individuals from 2,979 families. This reflects a 10% increase over October 2023, underscoring the growing need for assistance in our community. Among these numbers, 339 families visited the Pantry for the first time.

Compared to October 2020, our reach has expanded significantly, with over 5,300 more people receiving food in October 2024. This crucial support was made possible through our community's generosity, including financial and food contributions, and nearly 1,700 hours of volunteer service donated last month

Our mission depends on this strong community support to meet rising demand and ensure that all neighbors have access to the food they need.
